The Polished Nails Take Home the Silver Hammer!

Bethlehem, PA – MKSD once again participated in the Habitat of the Lehigh Valley’s Annual Women Build competition, She Nailed It!, on Monday evening at the Steel Stacks event center in Southside Bethlehem.  This was the fourth time that MKSD architects was represented in the competition and it was their second silver place finish, bringing home the bedazzled silver hammer trophies.

This year’s team members included Alicia Cressman (team captain), and newcomers Haley Peluso, Gina Vary and Ellen Grow. The competitors was tough, but their lunchtime hammering practice seemed to have paid off with their fastest time of the evening clocking in at 25 seconds!

With the help of donations, the MKSD Polished Nails raised $1,533 and the entire event brought in over $27,000 which will help fund a home for a hardworking & deserving area family.
