Ryan Kennedy Promoted to Director of Project Management

MKSD is happy to announce the exciting news that Ryan Kennedy has been promoted to Director of Project Management.

Everyone that has worked with Ryan knows what an incredible asset he is when it comes to implementing his knowledge and keeping a project on track and moving in the right direction. (Keeping a project moving is not always an easy task!)

Ryan has a natural ability to:

• lead and organize the team;
• monitor project process and success;
• set deadlines and help the team and owner achieve them;
• solve issues as they arise;
• ensure stakeholder and client satisfaction;
• pass along his knowledge to others to support their growth and success;
• and the discipline to keep up the pace to the very end and give clients a level of comfort that someone is there to always advocate for them on their projects.

Ryan’s expertise from code knowledge and bidding laws, assembling construction documents, to construction administration and every other facet of our work and industry make him indispensable to our team.

Not only is he a highly effective project manager, he is also an incredible resource and support to all of the architects, designers and partners of MKSD. When Ryan is leading a project he adds a level of comfort, knowing he is always there to provide back up and reminders. He makes good decisions for our team and our clients.

We are truly grateful to have him as part of the MKSD team.

Ryan will continue to lead major projects as a Project Manager, but equally as important, Ryan’s new role will include implementing strategy and training others to become excellent project managers and architects.
