MKSD spearheaded the design and execution of this 30,600-square-foot, single-story design/build project, leveraging pre-engineered fabrication to deliver an efficient and tailored solution.

The facility, designed for TransEdge, accommodates the customization of standard semi-trucks with specialized, industry-specific features. Working within the constraints of pre-engineered materials, MKSD customized the design to integrate office spaces and multiple truck bays, ensuring optimal functionality for the client’s operations.

Located in a prominent area of Upper Macungie, PA, the project’s exterior design strategically incorporated the TransEdge logo to enhance visibility and reinforce the company’s brand identity.

This collaborative effort brought together architects, designers, engineers, and fabricators, with MKSD serving as the lead. Additionally, MKSD provided value engineering services to align the project with the client’s budget without compromising quality or functionality.
