St. Luke’s University Health Network Upper Bucks Hospital

St. Luke’s University Health Network hired MKSD architects to design an 80-bed hospital for the Bucks County campus located on 30 acres of land in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. In designing the acute care community hospital, MKSD created an exceptional patient experience from the warm inviting entrance to the comfortable patient rooms. The firm implemented evidence-based design concepts into patient rooms in order to provide safe and effective environments.

The 3-floor facility includes the following:

• 16-Bed Emergency Department
• Lab
• Pharmacy
• Four Operating Rooms with One Procedure Room
• Physical Therapy Suite
• Administration
• Cafeteria and Dining Area
