South Whitehall Township Municipal Complex – Renovation and Additions to Administration

MKSD architects have provided design services for the renovations and additions to the South Whitehall Township Administration Complex.

The renovation of the existing 10,377 square foot main level of the complex included the administration offices, the Community Development offices, and the Parks & Recreation department offices. The 23,260 square feet lower-level Public Works office was also a part of the project. The new design includes plans for future growth on both the main and lower levels.

A new public entry from the main parking lot and a main lobby for visitors was part of the 7,400-square-foot addition to the main level, as well as a new public meeting space with approximately 75-100 people capacity.
