The Sierra Circle Office Building is a four-story structure which offers flexible, modern professional spaces. Its open-shell design allows businesses to customize spaces to meet their unique needs, ensuring adaptability and utility.

A key buildig feature is its faceted façade, which adds visual interest and highlights innovative construction techniques. The southwest facing façade uses varied window lines to create depth and dimension, establishing the building as a local landmark.

Sustainable materials with high recycled content were used throughout the building, significantly reducing landfill waste and minimizing carbon emissions, underscoring the commitment to environmentally responsible construction practices.

Designed with occupants in mind, the building features full floor to ceiling windows for ample natural light, expansive views to enhance well-being, and a state-of-the-art HVAC system for optimal air quality and comfort.

Sierra Circle has been honored as a 2025 Lehigh Valley Business Top Project.
