MKSD architects completed a sophisticated 8,755 SF interior office fit-out for Quadrant Capital within the newly constructed Sierra Circle building. Designed on a single floor, the space blends functionality with elevated design, featuring private offices, open workstations, flexible conference areas, multipurpose spaces, and a contemporary open kitchen.

Architectural and interior elements include glass-front offices, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, herringbone-patterned wood-look flooring, waterfall quartz countertops, veneer cabinetry, and distinctive fluted wood paneling. Exposed ceilings are accented by slatted wood drop ceilings and sleek, modern lighting for a polished, cohesive aesthetic.

MKSD provided full-service architecture, planning, interior design, programming, project management, and 3D imaging to bring the client’s vision to life. The team met the challenge of maximizing the footprint to accommodate both dedicated workspaces and flexible zones—successfully delivering a refined, dynamic environment tailored to support collaboration and growth.
