Northampton Community College Monroe Campus – Master Plan

The Master Plan for the Northampton Community College Monroe County Campus, located on 72 acres of rolling hills in Pocono Township, will serve 5,000 students and become a community focal point. The campus design is based upon sustainable design principles, including minimal site disturbance, natural daylighting, local material utilization, and alternative means for heating and cooling the buildings, as well as other sustainable design strategies.
