MKSD was hired many years ago by Liberty Property Trust who was looking for a design firm to review their current approach to constructing large scale warehouses. MKSD’s innovative approach to projects was a perfect fit for this task, and our team of experts quickly went to work to analyze every aspect and detail of the LPT’s previous warehouse designs, with the goal of reducing costs, construction time and ensuring value.

MKSD’s research and analysis was then used to design a prototype facility that would guide the design of future warehouses for the LPT development team, starting with a series of 1M+ square foot facilities. MKSD worked as part of a design/build team with a local construction manager to execute these projects.

We continue to provide design expertise to many companies who are eager to capitalize on the warehouse, distribution, and industrial building boom in the Lehigh Valley.
