Lehigh Valley Health Network Hellertown Medical Office Building

Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Hellertown Medical Office Building is a two-story structure with 12,000 square feet of space for a doctor’s suite on the upper floor, and a Rehab gym and Health Network Labs on the ground floor. MKSD provided architectural, structural and MEP engineering services for the shell building. The building is designed to fit within the small town context of the borough of Hellertown with the mass of the building along the street edge. The site provides off-street parking to the side and rear of the building, as well as a small drop-off area for easy access to the main entrance.
