Lehigh Valley Health Network Fogelsville Medical Office Building

The LVHN Fogelsville Medical Office Building is two-storied with 40,000 square feet of tenant space for doctors’ suites. The building is part of the Jaindl Company’s Lehigh Hills development, currently anchored by a Weis Market.

MKSD provided architectural services as part of a design-build team for the shell building, with a design and material composition consistent with the LVHN brand. The building’s facade consists of mostly brick, with cast stone accents. Expanses of glazing and an open steel structure provide tenants with a bright and flexible interior.
