Brookside Country Club

Brookside Country Club is a premier, family-focused, multi-generational club that provides a safe, welcoming environment where members enjoy top-tier amenities. As the club has grown over time, it aimed to update its facilities to better meet the needs of its members.

MKSD began by offering master planning services to help define the club’s project goals and explore potential solutions. The first phase included expanding the poolside kitchen and adding an outdoor bar, while the second focused on refreshing the clubhouse lobby, restrooms, and terrace dining area.

One of the biggest challenges was balancing the club’s priorities with the available budget. By phasing the project, MKSD was able to implement portions of the master plan while remaining financially responsible.

Pools Bar & Kitchen Addition

A few years ago, Brookside Country Club conducted a member survey to identify desired improvements, with one key request being enhanced poolside food and beverage services. In response, MKSD expanded the kitchen by adding onto the existing building, increasing its capacity and upgrading the equipment. Additionally, a standalone bar pavilion was designed providing a welcoming space for members to gather and enjoy drinks poolside.

Lobby

Brookside Country Club focused on updating its facilities to create an environment that aligns with the club’s high standards and commitment to providing exceptional experiences. A key objective was to revitalize the main lobby which serves as a central hub for many of the club’s events, ranging from business meetings and social gatherings to weddings and showers. It was important that the lobby reflect both the elegance and versatility expected by members and guests.

MKSD’s updates to the main lobby, along with the restrooms and terrace dining, introduced fresh design elements that created a more vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The renovations not only improved the visual appeal but also enhanced the functionality of these areas, ensuring the club is equipped to meet the needs of members for years to come.
