MKSD is thrilled to be a part of one of the Lehigh Valley’s premier developments. Set along the Lehigh River in Allentown, The Waterfront will transform a once obsolete industrial zone into a thriving mixed-use neighborhood.

MKSD worked with Whiting-Turner’s Allentown office as part of a design/build team to design, document and construct 645 Waterfront Drive. The vision for the building is inspired by the classic architectural style of old Chicago. Symmetrical massing, monumental arches and handsome high-end materials create the desired look on the exterior, while a class A+ contemporary lobby sets the tone for the interior of the building.
