Brookside Country Club’s goal is to perform major renovations to their existing facilities and create an addition to attract new members and families. The scope of work includes renovations to their existing restaurants, a large addition for member dining, expanded banquet facilities, and a new pool bar with dining capabilities. The member dining area is going to triple in size from its current capacity and the banquet facilities are expanding to accommodate rented functions.
