Shayne Serrano
Architectural Designer
Shayne brings his passion for civic and public architecture to the MKSD Team. He has a history of synthesizing space planning principles, building material technologies, structural systems, and MEP into architectural bodies.
With his expanding knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, energy codes, ADA compliance, and other building parameters, Shayne contributes to the feasibility, design, development, construction documentation, and coordination of a multitude of healthcare, mixed-use residential, and recreational buildings in the Lehigh Valley and Pocono Mountain regions.
Shayne received his Bachelor of Architectural Technology from the New York City College of Technology and his Master of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design.
