We are seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team and help us effectively communicate our vision and accomplishments to a broad audience.

Marketing & Communications Specialist – The Marketing & Communications Specialist at MKSD Architects will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies that showcase our projects, highlight our design philosophy, and engage our clients and stakeholders. This role requires a creative professional with experience in content creation, SOE, social media management, and analytics, particularly within the architecture or design industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and design, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that elevate our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with MKSD Architects’ marketing objectives and reflects our brand’s voice and values.
• Project Storytelling: Create engaging content that highlights our architectural projects, including project descriptions, case studies, and client testimonials.
• Content Calendar Management: Manage a content calendar to ensure the timely production and distribution of content across our website, social media, and other channels.
• Social Media Management: Oversee MKSD Architects’ social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Collaboration with Design Team: Work closely with architects, designers, and the marketing team to create content that supports project presentations, proposals, and promotional campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with MKSD Architects’ brand guidelines, tone, and style.
• Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to inform content creation.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external content creators, photographers, and videographers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the architecture or design industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create engaging, high-quality content.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) – WordPress.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A passion for architecture and design, with an understanding of the industry’s unique communication needs.
• Experience with graphic design or video production is a plus.
